brake system light

I just got the instrument cluster installed last night and the brake warning light is on. This is probably because there is no brake fliud in the system yet. I don't want to burn the bulb out so haw can I disable the light till I finish up on the brakes. ANd is the light on because of no fluid. It is a totally new system except for the switch.

Second thing is I need to buy some heater hose to go to the heater core before I put on the dash. Trouble is there is no motor in it now, so how long of hose's do I need.

Third thing. We have been discussing on another post a green-red wire that was actually a blue-red wire stubbed out into the engine bay. Could this be where the light to the shifter plugs into?

You should be able to just unplug it from the brake master cylinder.
