Need help with 4-whel disc project

Okay, this is the deal. Besides owning a '69 SportsRoof, I have a '66 coupe that I am working on. I recently bought a running '79 Lincoln Veresailles for cheap. As some of you may already know, this vehicle is basically a luxury version of the Granada and it came standard with 4-wheel disc brakes. What I want to do is use the Verailles brake setup on my '66 coupe. Can anyone please tell me what is involved. My '66 coupe was built with power drum brakes. Can I still retain the same power booster and master? What front end components have to be removed from the Lincoln in order to have front discs on the '66? Will the 9" diff. from the Lincoln just simply bolt onto the Mustang, or does it need to be modified? Any tips or help is much appreciated! Thanx in advance.
