69fastback393 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2005 ok,heres the problem.i have a complete brake system (4 wheel disc) from rod & custom motorsports on my 69. it has the 1" bore disc/disc master cylinder w/ combo porportioning valve.i have alot of pedal travel.i can close the rear line with vice grips to block off the rear brakes and i have plenty of pedal.i have bench bled the master cylinder ,gravity bleed the system and even vacuum bled the system and still i have the same problem.bleeder screws are in the correct position i have even took the caliper off the brackets and bled them with no results.has anyone ever ran a 2lb residual valve with a combo valve before? has anyone ran into this problem before? help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
