Thanks for all your feed back, it was very helpful, and now i have something to work with. I am developing a check list with estimated costs to see if it is worth the extra $$ to make the change. I was told by several people that if I made the change to a V8 the value of a mustang would increase 20% is this true or BS ? I will let you know what my plans are for my weekend mean machine. I have a 6 cylinder 3 speed 1969 mustang convertible.that needs to have it's non original engine replaced. thinking of replacing the engine with a 302 (out of a 70 mustang), and keep the same transmission. what modifications need to be made (besides replacing the radiator, motor mounts etc). to make the replacement smooth
