I have a 1969 rim blow wheel but I really need a '70. Are the wheels the same? Can I just replace the pad with a '70. Thanks for any help!

I have recently bought a '70 Mach 1 and the front marker lights only work as signals. I have seen other '70s where these lights came on with the park lights. Should these light up as park lights or have the others I have seen been modified? The rear markers work as parks and signals. Thanks for any info you can share!
