351W Block or Engine

Recommended Posts

Are you still looking for a 351w? I am rebuilding the original motor from my car and taking out the ‘69 351w we put in during the original restoration. I haven’t set a time for pulling the current engine, but the original is coming back from the shop next month.

Late to respond but yes I did find a 351w. 94 roller block. Got it machined, balanced and ready to assemble with D0 heads. Only things I lack is better C9 exhaust manifolds than I have and valve covers but I’ve not decided which VC I’d want.

It’s going to be a touring engine at first, so the manifolds will be fine. It may grow on me to put headers on later. I have another mustang (B05C76B8-2099-44ED-B732-303594466DE1.thumb.jpeg.f2640437a71606ce698a3c1ce33e60a4.jpeg68 coupe)that’s performance oriented that I restored in the late 80’s.
