Any suggestion on white letters ?

Got this new tires 9 month ago, the white letters turn brown just sitting in the garage with little Sunday driving. What product do you use to make them white again?  Yes, the tires never got washed again after the first day.

I use Armorall tire and wheel cleaner. Tire in photo is 6 years old, they are 12 years old now and still look as good. Spray it on, let it set a few minutes, scrub with soft brush and rinse.
