70 mustang power front disc brakes

Can’t get front disc brakes bled, rear brakes bled and shoes engage.  Pedal would go to the floor while bleeding. Replaced front rubber hoses due to age. Replaced front calipers thinking they were rusted/frozen up. New mst cyl and booster. Tried heat on proportioning valve thinking maybe it’s frozen up, it is a 70 which is different than the 69 valve. 
Any help or direction greatly appreciated

It may be tripped and frozen ,open the rear brake lines with the front blenders closed and push down hard on the pedal ,that may blow it the opposite direction . Make sore to put long hoses on the bleeders so they do not spray all over the place

Take the switch out of the praportioning valve ,with a light look in the hole ,you should be able to see a v in the brass piston if it is centered ,it will be just a smooth look if it is tripped

I took the top line off, then got several other lines lose. Decided to take top of valve off, pushed piston down with little force. Decide to tighten everything back up and try it ....bingo, brakes are working and bled. 2 busted knuckles and a choice words. Guess I’ll keep the old calipers for working spares, lol

Get a centering tool ,remove the sender again and lock it down and bleed again ,i bet the brakes will be even better .

Just did the disks and pads on my 2000 f150 today ,why didnt they make the older cars that easy ?

The last one i bought was from a brake and wheel shop ,but you could make one i would think

Back in the 80's I made one out of a 3/8-24 bolt by turning the end down in a lathe.   Pretty reasonable price at MCR for that custom made tool.
