edwardthomson51@yahoo.com 1 Report post Posted April 13, 2020 how in the hell do you get the old cables out of the backing plate in rear drum brakes to replace with new cables.....i bought the lisle tool to do it but it doesnt budge the metal spider to pull them out.......... there has to be another secret???? the old cables dont look that bad but i thought since i am replacing everything it would be wise to do it now......i may not be wise!!! ed Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
