JET 445 43 Report post Posted April 24, 2020 I love it when people paint stuff all pulled apart , I know it's hard to put back together without damage but the end result is so much better.

Curious, how would you have painted this car if it had been a metallic, Rich?
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted April 29, 2020 This is a really high metallic I picked out for my 65, no problems with a color match. It's all about keeping the gun and air pressure the same. If we we're doing a tri coat, then everything has to be hung on the car 2 Machspeed and RogerC reacted to this

JET 445 43 Report post Posted April 30, 2020 Why don't you be the first to put a Godzilla pushrod engine in a Mustang, that would be awesome.
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted April 30, 2020 Funny you mention that, had a customer last week asking if he could send me the motor and make it fit our MTF subframe:) 1 JET 445 reacted to this
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted April 30, 2020 If I had it to do over I would have swapped out the smaller pearl that's in the formula for a much larger flake. This would have made a huge difference out in the sun without changing the original color.
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted May 6, 2020 I sent our Stainless Steel exhaust out to be polished, and to my surprise Michele threw in our headers :) 1 RPM reacted to this
Machspeed 219 Report post Posted May 6, 2020 Beautiful.... love the blue! Stripes? Headers have MTF logo on them. Are they in house built?
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted May 6, 2020 This is the only stripe I'm putting on. Stainless Works makes all our headers
Machspeed 219 Report post Posted May 6, 2020 Good! I was afraid you'd run the dual stripes on it. Your choice has a nice clean conservative look to it! All this IMHO!
