mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted August 29, 2020 I'll have to go look at the driprail molds to understand how those even work LOL.
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted August 31, 2020 Instead of welding our tubs in we will be using bolts front and back, and rivets on the outside. This will make painting the engine compartment much easier. The template will allow us to locate the studs we weld on plus all the A/C holes

Our original plan was to before the Bronco's came into play. Since we already had property here in Indiana it was huge cost difference to do the same thing in Florida. We spend 8 months here and 4 months in the winter in Florida. We also purchased property in South Carolina for our daughter and her husband, so I'm sure we will setup a spot for our RV :)

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted November 11, 2020 First picture is a massive heavy duty fixture for making our frames. Roll bars and front tubs being sent out.
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted November 11, 2020 Have our second Bronco being delivered Friday. Doing something different than the rest of the crowd building these. The tubs that we make will be bolted in on the inside and pop rivets on the outside, this way it will be 10 times easier to paint the engine compartment without the tubs in. 1 Grabber70Mach reacted to this

Midlife 814 Report post Posted November 14, 2020 Don't you need a mountain of rocks to demonstrate the rock-climbing ability of your Broncos outside the building? Just plain dirt outside could use some sprucing up. Although...wait a couple of months and it'll all be covered in snow and ice!
