mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted October 23, 2019 Well, you just scored points with Michele LOL, she turned 51 this year. She was only 19 when we got married. 1 Grabber70Mach reacted to this
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted November 8, 2019 Developed a new black anodized billet overlay. I think the double din radio will be a nice touch. This will save us several days of reworking the original dash. Made a body cart so we can spray our bedliner on, plus it's also designed to hold the frames we will be making. 2 Grabber70Mach and Caseyrhe reacted to this

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted November 10, 2019 Thanks, while at SEMA we looked at the new Gen 4 A/C system from Vintage Air for the Bronco, it has a nuch smaller controls. So we will be going with that and the dash will be one piece instead of 2 not including the glove box.
Grabber70Mach 107 Report post Posted November 12, 2019 Sounds neat. Vintage Air's perfect fit kit is what I'm looking to order to install in my 70.
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted November 12, 2019 SEMA 2019 was the year for the Bronco. We plan on making several parts for the Bronco, maybe not over 400 like we do for the Mustang though:)
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted November 13, 2019 I'm having 2 of these rotisserie's made. These will bs used so we can spray our bedliner inside and under the bed, plus it's also designed to hold the frames. 1 Grabber70Mach reacted to this
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted December 28, 2019 Making some headway on the Bronco parts. We will offer these tubs two ways when doing a Coyote motor. First will be with just the modified inner panels, and the second would be the complete tub ready to go. These tubs will give you a lot more room. Next week the body comes off and the Coyote motor with the 6R80 gets installed so we can start making the headers for it. 1 Grabber70Mach reacted to this
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted December 29, 2019 Finished up the left side tub. This side was a lot more challenging than the right since we had to go around the gear box. 1 Grabber70Mach reacted to this
Grabber70Mach 107 Report post Posted December 30, 2019 That's not going to be a slouch with a coyote in it.

I have 10 of them to build with the Coyote. I like the look of the bottom of the tub following the curve of the frame. Ford had it square as a box:(
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted December 31, 2019 Getting closer on our billet dash. This is just bare aluminum with a coat of black on it. It won't have screws on the front when it done, going with studs on the backside for a cleaner look. 1 Grabber70Mach reacted to this

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted January 4, 2020 Yep, but it clears fine. This a stock frame, the frames we will be using are 2 inches wider.I wanted to make sure our headers would fit both.

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted January 4, 2020 They worked out excellent, thanks for hooking me up. Took 45 minutes on the left side and 2 hours on the right. I'll just glue these all together and ship them to our manufacturer.

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted January 8, 2020 I had a stand made that will hold both fenders just like the doors. I'm also have a special one made for the tailgate, so I can paint both sides at the same time.
