69 red fastback 20 Report post Posted August 23, 2019 i know this has been talked about before but I can't find the thread. I was wondering what are the best time down points for our cars on a trailer? Thanks in advance.
JET 445 43 Report post Posted August 23, 2019 The best point is something that will not move up and down when you go over a bump, so the tires are the best point along with the diff housing and the front lower control arms. You don't want to tie it to the body because the straps will come loose when the suspension compresses on a bump.

For the front these are built into our jack/ pad. On a stock front end just go around the lower control arms.

pgold 2 Report post Posted January 21, 2020 You could use a kit like this. Ties down all 4 tyres and car also rides on its own suspension.
