mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted March 4, 2020 Thank you Dan for remembering to put our letter under the carpet! Maybe someone else will find it several years down the road. It was very special for us when we found our letter in that same spot from the previous time the car had been restored! We were able to contact them and now they are following our build on the MTF forum!! 2 Caseyrhe and capemustang reacted to this

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted April 3, 2020 Some underside shots. Notice how our MTF tailpipes go over the axles, these will work with any 4 link, 3 link or Watt's link.
copb8 101 Report post Posted April 3, 2020 Jeez, that car is beautiful. Funny tho, at a certain angle that grill makes it look like it has one lazy eye. :-) What is your recommended muffler that gives decent sound but minimizes drone? I have Flowmasters right now and the drone at 1800-2000 is a beating!
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted April 3, 2020 That's just the angle of the camera on the headlights. Magnaflow makes a nice sounding muffler.
mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted April 4, 2020 The owner's we're in yesterday to look at their car and said they called CJ Pony to order some parts, and was told they will no longer be selling Mustang parts. Looks like they want to focus on 4x4 and off road only.

1969Fstback 58 Report post Posted April 9, 2020 1 hour ago, mustangstofear said: Yes they are. Thanks you. I am dragging my sons 68 cougar project in the garage this weekend. Those are the first things we are fixing. I need to show him your build thread soon. Then tell him see all of that nice interior? All of that is out of your budget, so start doing forearm exercises so you can stretch on the seat covers.
