I love Cleveland’s as well but hard to justify when the USA has so many Windsor and variants of them to work from.   A clevor would be something nice and different.  363 with some Scott  Cook 4V’s Would be different

X2, more torque than 351W stock to stock comparison. I may be a little biased though. Currently buying parts to go through mine again.

Can't go wrong with the diesel suggestion  :)

If you want to keep it (relatively) simple a 408 stroker with decent heads (e.g. AFR ) and cam  will get you 500+ hp and is made to fit.   There are plenty of recipes on the interwebs.

If you want to be different you can always get freaky with it later (EFI, blower, turbos, etc).
