Bill Bailey 15 Report post Posted April 10, 2018 Can anyone here tell me what this paper tag was for, and how to remove it without destroying it?

Bill Bailey 15 Report post Posted April 10, 2018 That makes sense. I don't remember my Grandpa getting in any accidents in the car. And there are no signs of the car ever being wrecked. But it is dated 1974.
Bill Bailey 15 Report post Posted April 11, 2018 I contacted my cousin to see if she remembered my Grandpa getting hit in the back of the Mustang. She said he didn't get hit, but that he backed into something denting the tail panel. That makes sense as I can find no signs of the car ever being in a bad wreck. Vicfreg 771 Report post Posted April 12, 2018 I hate when Grandpa gets snagged years later...... Maybe it was Grandma chasing him with something down the driveway.... Maybe he was leaving the Grateful Dead concert and backed into a police car...........Makes for a great story....and it is an original Ford Panel. I found one of those on my car... That's one of the great things about these old cars, there is always a twist somewhere.. Looks like Royal Maroon....nice color
