jgkurz 52 Report post Posted October 5, 2017 Hi folks, I am about to install my newly painted fenders but am unsure about the front bolt on the bottom of the fender. The rear bolt on the bottom of the fender goes into a nut that is welded into the body. Does anyone have a photo of this bracket installed? Thank you, John

RPM 1,256 Report post Posted October 14, 2017 I'm driving or I'd search, but there's a thread here with pics and how to install the nut insert, it's not welded when original. Ridge Runner is the go to guy for this.

mustangstofear 608 Report post Posted October 14, 2017 The nut just slides in the hole and the flange on it keeps it from falling in.
MAC390 327 Report post Posted October 14, 2017 Yes, exactly like mustangstofear says and don't force it in.
