Probably done by kids who knew nothing of the damage it could do. We need jails for criminals that are not country clubs, and would make anyone think more of consequences of these things. Ummmm no. Burned cars are EXTREMELY difficult to rescue when they are damaged this badly. Someone should absolutely hang for this maliciousness.
