For Sale Ford Contour dual electric cooling fan assembly

I purchased this Ford Contour dual electric cooling fan assembly & it arrived with one of the stock mounting tabs broken off (which get removed anyway to fit to a 24" radiator) & a small 1" piece broken from the shroud (see attached pic l/s of the shroud). The company I purchased it from is sending me another one & does not want this one back & told me to dispose of it any way I want. It cost me $86.00 new, I am asking $40.00 + shipping, or make me an offer.
