prayers1 153 Report post Posted March 13, 2017 I'm changing my 1969 manual brakes to a 1970 Power Disc. Does someone have a picture showing where it is installed. I've tried searching on the web but the shock tower brace is always in the way. Thank you 8 SextKecy, papedVem, quoriSer and 5 others reacted to this

MN69Grande 203 Report post Posted March 13, 2017 Sorry for the pic not getting everything. This was pic of the MC for other purposes. But mine is mounted just below the master cylinder. I don't know if this is correct or common but that's what I have.
MN69Grande 203 Report post Posted March 13, 2017 Looking into it more I think mine is aftermarket. Probably was done when the disc brakes were put on. Here is one like MAC390's at WestCoastCougars:https://secure.cougarpartscatalog.com/c8zz-2b257-assembly.html
prayers1 153 Report post Posted March 13, 2017 Thanks guys, but I'm using the 1970 valve, so I need to see how that is pictured on a 1970 car. IMO I'm thinking the valve is installed vertical instead of the above picture showing it horizontal, or I maybe wrong.
