how to crimp an ignition terminal?

I need to make a coil to distributor wire and purchased a couple of terminals (http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/BWD0/CT509/N0607.oap) and distributor boots (http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/BWD0/CT512.oap).  I ran into an issue when I realised I have no idea how to crimp this particular terminal to a wire.  I could not find any instructions online either.  Anyone have an idea?

While those are easy to use, wouldn't an eye terminal and nut be easier to make?

I always prefer using the correct crimping tool like in this video but this guy uses a cheap tool that Accel makes in this video

Well Alex just looking at the picture; put the boot on the wire, strip the wire to the correct length, put the bare wire into the fitting, feed it through until it hits the stop, crimp/solder the fitting closed on the wire, pull the fitting back into the boot and bend to fit the right angled boot. Have you got a boot ? Brian

I have those style crimpers with removable jaws.  It came with 9 different crimping jaws to doe pretty much anything.  I redid every single wire connector when I swapped to the American Autowire harness (as well as ignition wires)

Those are nice. I like the idea of multiple jaws. Who makes them?

I think I paid around this price, you can find it cheaper on ebay that most other places.  MSD sells the same exact set with only 1 die for $90
