Drip moldings removal.

Recommended Posts

Just what i needed ...ANOTHER PROJECT ...HAHA. I bet i had this molding on and off the car 30 times and still didn't leave a mark on it .

I figured out how to make a tool to lock the molding on .Very simple ,a hook that hooks the back side of the rain gutter and a flat face that presses the molding down to lock it in place .I figure i can glue the fuzzy side of velcro to the molding side to protect the stainless in the tool .Works like a charm with just masking tape

Then it hit me ...AN ALL IN ONE TOOL! you can remove the molding and replace it with one tool .I have to figure out the bends before i can make it ,but it goes something like this .I tried it and everything clears the paint and the everything .
