Alliance wheels

I saw some Cragar Style wheels the other day that were for sale and the center caps had what I thought was APPLIANCE on it.

 

The chrome and everything looked very good. I'm not at all familiar with this brand of wheels. Are they any good? I briefly checked the internet but didn't come up with any Alliance wheels.

Racerx, those are chevy bolt pattern (5x4.75) they won't work without an adapter.

Wasn't suggesting he buy them. Was posting to show what appliance wheels look like to see how they compare with what Kingfish saw.

I agree with RacerX's inference that the OP is probably inquiring about "Appliance" wheels as I seem to recall that brand name for wheels being marketed "back in the day" for Fords, also.

I like Appliance wheels. Look at my car and there are pictures from many angles of my wheels and tires. I perfer them to Cragar as the Appliance wheels are all steel and sturdy.

 

They used to be manufactured in Harbor City, California then Japan for awhile until I believe they went out of business in the 80 or 90s. they are hard to fine but are good wheels in my opinion.
