70fastbak 16 Report post Posted December 25, 2014 Im converting my car to power disk brakes from a manual drum brake car. I got my brake kit a while ago and it came with a pedal. Now I have to move the pedal pivot point which is the hole high up on the pedal assembly, ok I got that. Im also making this car a manual from an auto, so ive been buying parts (clutch related) to do this. With the new power brake pedal bolted into the new pivot point (higher up) that seems to be where the clutch spring bracket goes. Im a missing something here? Do you use a different pedal for power brakes with a manual tranny so it doesn't interfere with the clutch spring bracket?
