Ratchet Shifter - which one?

I'm considering swapping my shifter with a proper ratchet shifter instead of the old shifter which is pretty worn. But I'm not sure which one I should choose as I want it to be operational for non-track days as well. So I want to go 1-2-3 fast, but also use D(rive) when cruise through the city. And my wife drives the car once in a while too and shouldn't have to have too much hassle with working it.

 

Any recommendations? Also in regards to an installation without too much hassle, since I'm not a pro mechanic.

After having B&M shifters is all my cars most of which were the Star Shifter, I opted for a B&M hammer shifter this time...they have always been reliable and hit the gears dead on once they are adjusted

Thanks. I was looking at the Hammer shifter before posting here, so I'll probably go with that one.

How hard is it to install for a non-mechanic that knows how to work with tools?
