SellersRodShop, who is a well respected body man around here, sent me a formula for PPG black that he likes, which I considered. Unlike other 1969 colors, we're kind of lucky because "Raven black" is just plain old black at the end of the day. Just buy quality. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

69droptopgt 10 Report post Posted September 11, 2014 What was original color? Raven black is true mustang black back then. Then you have black Jade which is a dark green. When you paint either of these colors, car kinda looks like a boss 429. If you click on color on that site, they will have examples of cars painted the color at the bottom.
