Will a 255/50r16 on 16x8 with 4.5" BS fit ok in the rear

On a 1969? Vintage Wheel Works suggests this is ok but other sources say it is a toss up. Can anybody say for sure?

I am running 18x10 with 5.97 inch back spacing and 275's without issue. So don't see why not the setup in question would not work. 4.5 bs on front I think would give you an issue.

I am running p245/50-16 on vintage wheel works V45. It is a tight fit. Unless you roll the wheel opening lip I don't see how it would fit.
