How do I know what Master Cylinder to Get?

I have front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. What master cylinder will work for me? 1969 Coupe 302

The stock Disc/Drum master cylinder should work fine. One bowl will be a larger reservoir that will supply fluid to the disc brakes, the smaller one supplies the rear drums.

That may or may not be true. If you have manual disc brakes you do not want to use the stock 69 disc master. It does not have a retaining clip on the rod to keep it from slipping out. If you have power disc then yes the stock 69 master is what you want
