fredfordguy 16 Report post Posted October 3, 2013 It's getting time for us here up in snow country to put the cars away for a winter sleep. I'd like to hear any proven ways to keep the mice and rodents out of the car. My dad swears by mothballs, but they are sickening. Years ago someobdy suggested irish spring soap which was eaten by the mice. I think this year I will try dryer sheets. Suggestions?????????

MN69Grande 203 Report post Posted October 4, 2013 So this is a weird one and I have not done it myself. About 10 years ago I worked at a NAPA and there was a regular who owned a dozen classics or so. His solution to this was to store his cars in Grain storage bags. Said he just rolled them in and tied the bags up. Has anyone else ever heard this? Just thought I'd through it out there because it stuck with me all this time.
