Shaved door handles and poppers, who has them?

I am reskinning the doors and since the skin is off I am trying to determine the best placement of the solenoids.

 

Has anyone done this and do they have pics? it's a tight fit where the door handle was. I found what I think is a good location. Just want to see of anyone else had a better idea.

haven't done any on a mustang but should be a simple procedure. mustang doors have much more room inside than the older 30's/40's cars I've put them in. cant quite picture the mustang latch in my head, but it may make it simpler to weld a second tab to the one that the inside handle hooks to & make the connection there instead of trying to work on the outer side of the door behind the glass.

The only place I can find room is the lower portion of the door. Looking from the inside it would be below and left of the inside door latch. Should be simple to access by removing the door panel and rolling the window up.
