jmlay 80 Report post Posted February 19, 2013 Basically 3 places to look.: 1) The pedal mechanical - disconnect the cable under the dash & make sure it it will release properly 2) Drum mechanical - disconnect the cable under the dash & make sure everything moves as it should 3) One of the 3 cables stuck - usually rusted or just jammed Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
