FrozenMonkey 12 Report post Posted December 13, 2012 Need to look at finances, but I'm pretty interested in this. Hows the interior look?
quick99 10 Report post Posted December 13, 2012 It is all original and needs to be replaced, except for the dash pad, it has been replaced. Gold interior, even has the delux seat covers, but again, they need to be replaced. Car has been in my family since 1974 and until this year was stored since 1998. miketyler 15 Report post Posted December 18, 2012 Wow - that looks like a pretty nice coupe for $4500 if there isnt any major rust issues. You were off to a nice start on the upgrades, did you lose interest in the project or ?
quick99 10 Report post Posted December 18, 2012 The biggest rust issue is a small area on the bottom portion of the quarter panel where it meets the rear valance, below the side marker. I would guess about 4 inches.
quick99 10 Report post Posted December 18, 2012 This car a was a "spur of the moment" type deal. I had no intention of getting it and the next thing I new it was in my garage! My hobby is dragracing motorcycles and this is putting a big dent in it. The more I thought about it, I new I should have not jumped into this.
