Mike 10 Report post Posted September 6, 2012 I'm in the process of re-wiring my 69 mustang with a AAW kit, it does not support the original tach in my car. I will be using an MSD ignition system. danno 128 Report post Posted September 6, 2012 I know someone makes a converter to allow the use of your factory tach with the MSD ignition. I think it is MSD that makes it, look at their web site. You also might not need the adapter, but you will need to change the AAW wires a bit to allow it to work with a factory tach and MSD system.
