1970 mach 1 engine position 351c

I just bought a 70 mach 1 and the prev. owner put a crate 351 c in it I noticed when working on the car that the engine is about 1 inch closer to the passenger fender rather than centered. is this normal?:huh:

I just saw in a headers thread here in these forums about some Ron Morris motor mounts that relocate the engine to one side or another to help with header/steering box interference.

 

I'm sure somebody in the know will be along soon. :-)
