TexasEd 188 Report post Posted September 27, 2011 Does anyone else have an AC unit like this? What do you know about them? I have always thought I would keep my car with AC and refurbish/replace the actual cooling components and change over to R134 using Vintage air where necessary but leave the dash as is (non AC) and modify this unit to control the new system. My car also has one eyeball type vent on the driver's side and two on the passenger side of the dash and this unit goes under the heater controls.
