Went to Maier Racing to buy some shelby scoops and Maier gave me a grand tour of his shop here are some pictures of the cars aswell he showed me the new 69-70 front chin spoiler. you can see where the valance meets the spoiler has more curve to make the are air move more quickly. he is always making different sizes race/street etc.. he also should me the new rear spoilers that he just came out with which are pretty cool.

Cool build! I could go for opne of the chin spoilers from Maier...maybe after I shatter the current fiberglass one .. I know it's bound to happen.

I am partial to the anthracite color for the wheels since you're going silver. just my 2 cents. Maybe if you had the hood blacked out that would tie in the black wheels.

My stereo uses a hideaway antennae. The shop ran the wires up the A pillar under the panel and it mounts to the inside of windshield. You can barely see it with the window tinting. Mine works as good as any anntennae but I mostly use my ipod or phone for music.

It was a toss up whether to use the hide away or add an automatic antennae to my rear quarter.

Looking GREAT!

What did you do about the antenna.

I just put new fenders, I don't want to drill a hole, I was also thinking of a hide away antenna.

I was thinking the same thing, but I haven't found a good hide away antenna some ppl tend to complain about the reception.. if anything Ill just connect to pandora, lol.

news: so we have the tires mounted and we are waiting on lug nuts. we did encounter a problem the rear brake lines. They are wrong size fitting so we will be replacing that. we are also debating if we should/have modify the e-brake so the shop will be calling Vintage Venom.

Slowly but surely the car is coming along nicely. :D
