ScottR 10 Report post Posted May 18, 2011 My '69 has front disc and rear drum. On the front disc there is a spring clip attached to a pin on the outside pad. What is the trick to removing these clips? I tried tried compressing the clips then pull backward but it still doessn't budge. Thanks for your help. LoneWolf2U 136 Report post Posted May 18, 2011 Lift the locking tang and slide the clip toward the round opening. Sometimes you need to hold the pin from the inside to keep it from pushing thru to release the clip. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
