Restomod69 10 Report post Posted August 29, 2012 Very nice build, well done. Can I ask how much surgery you need to do on your trans tunnel when you use the T56? I notice you used one in your 67 Cheers

Hotrodizz 10 Report post Posted August 29, 2012 Very nice build, well done. Can I ask how much surgery you need to do on your trans tunnel when you use the T56? I notice you used one in your 67 Cheers We used a Martz subframe in that one, and it put the motor mounting points very low, so we didnt need to modify the tunnel at all. Hotrodizz 10 Report post Posted September 10, 2012 Most of the interior is complete at this point. Before I send the car to the upholstery shop, I am going to give the headliner installation a try. Just waiting on the rear headliner springs/rods to get here from Ebay. Then front seats and that should do it. Pretty sure I like the Billet Specialties steering wheel, but hope it continues to grow on me. The body is nearly complete. Had a fun time getting the parking lights to look like they were mounted right. The repro lamps seemed to sit way to far back behind the valance, so I redrilled and spaced the mounting bracket up. Installed new door window rear trim and seals, and have to tweak the door to 1/4 glass alignment, as well as install the front and rear glass (which I may not attempt and pay a professional). Trav_450R 10 Report post Posted October 30, 2012 God damn you.... (and I mean that in a totally nice way) I've been looking to do a build just like this with the same color, motor and trans! Only in a coupe body though. Fanstastic job on the car man, looks killer! Let me know how that Coyote runs :001_tongue:
samwe 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2012 What did you do for a master cylinder? I am trying to decide between this and a 351W that I already have. I have MII suspension already, and was planning on an auto behind it, so most of the clearance issues will not be a problem.

Hotrodizz 10 Report post Posted December 18, 2012 Got the 18" Billet Magnums mounted and installed, along with a ride height adjustment. Just needs tuning, and the body shop to install the graphics.
