Mikes Mach 1 10 Report post Posted April 7, 2010 1969 Mustang Mach 1: This is an authentic Mach I that just came off the rotisserie and has all new sheet metal that was professionally installed including: quarters, fenders, door skins, floor, trunk floor, torque boxes, front gravel pan. The interior is original (red) and very well preserved, has fold-down rear seats, high back buckets, power steering, original am-radio, and only needs carpet and dash pad. Drive train includes 2 engines: Correct 69' 351 Windsor (still assembled and complete from carb-pan with 53k original miles and runs great), 71' 351 Cleveland (disassembled) but great motor to build serious horse power. Transmission is a vintage correct 4-speed (Top loader) and in excellent condition. Differential is the original 9 inch traction-loc with new gears (4.30: 1 range). Car is in epoxy primer, block sanded, tracer, and literally ready for paint. No novice botch job here. This car was professionally restored every step of the way. $13,000 firm, NO TRADES!
