Anyone have a Paxton Supercharger Setup on there Stang?

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if anyone had this setup on there vehicle because its something I was considering down the road for my 302.

Question 1: What would I have to upgrade (heads, internals, etc.) in order for the motor to withstand a Paxton twin charger setup?

Question 2: Would i also have to upgrade the C4 or my 8" Rear?

I run a SN 2000 Paxton on my '67 GT350....

Runs great, and adds about 80 hp at the rear wheels....

I run a C4 with no problems, just a good shift-kit..and a big Servo..

If you can use a flat top Autolite 4100 4 barrell....buy the Paxton installation book from Branda, tells you all you need to know...

If your looking for more H.P. buy a newer type blower..

You will need a good ignition, pertronix, etc....

I run 93 octane, and have no problems...Run about 5-6lbs boost..

The newer paxton models produce more boost, depends on how much hp you want to make..more boost, and your gonna need forged pistons, and low compression..

Contact Craig Conoly, Paradise Wheels....he is the GUY!!!

Ohhhyeah.. Is Nice... You definitely have to raise your voice to talk. When I get my intake tube back(getting the aluminum tubes welded), I'll make a video of it running so you can here the whine..
