Stupid eBay

Here I am I thought I got a great deal on a set of gt chrome wheels through a 2nd chance offer (actually it still shows on "My eBay" that I bought them) unfortunately it also show elsewhere in the system that someone else bought them before I did.:censored:

Those are two different item numbers on ebay. So the guy has two sets?? Or he listed the same item twice?

He only had one set & claims that is how ebay setup the 2nd chance offering

He is only allowed one second chance offer PER additional item. So if he has 4 of them, and has 1 auction, he can offer 3 additional second chance offers as well as the high bidders winning item.

 

So say something doesn't hit the reserve. If you only have 1 item, you can't give out 3 second chance offers.
