Flye 3 Report post Posted January 29 1969 Mach, NON A/C Does anyone have dash open but cables still attached to heater? Does the shorter cable 'loop back'? (fairly severely) Just trying to remember how the cables ran and primarily interested in the flapper on the left end of the heater box. Thanks for any help. (I did search on many forums and here, but have yet to find it. If it's in an assembly manual, feel free to just point me to it.)
Mach1 Driver 614 Report post Posted January 29 I didn't see much that was specific to heater only in a Mustang, but there are over 70 pages devoted to the various combinations in the shop manual. There is always the WCCC video, but since its a Cougar its heat and A/C:

Flye 3 Report post Posted January 29 Thanks to all that chipped in. The photos gave me what I need and indeed, it takes a hard turn back to the left....!!! Please bear with me, there will be more questions as I try to get this thing back together. I do have all the assembly manuals (I think?), but sometimes the little details can be problematic. Again, thanks for help. 3 RPM, Mach1 Driver and TexasEd reacted to this
