Prepurchase Inspection -Tucson

Anyone know of a Mustang knowledgeable person in Tucson who could do a PPI on a project vehicle? It's complete and runs but can't be driven because it needs a master cylinder.

My friend had one , he said it turned out fine ! I told him I was disappointed, he didn't sound like robo cop when he walked !
