Thanks, that's a good find- now we only need the sides 8242-4A and 8243-4A  to match. Those would be tough shapes to tool in stainless, but its no problem to chrome the aluminum.

Do you mean NPD item # 8242-4B :)

I bought a couple sets of 8242-4B, and only one molding came close to fitting. So I repaired my old ones. And the clip kit for the hood lip molding wasn't long enough to catch on the width, so I dug out and cleaned up my originals. If I hadn't already installed the fender extensions of have taken them into NPD Ventura and gone thru what they had that fit.

This was a few years ago, so hopefully quality has improved. But buyer beware.

Yeah the description of one of them says that the fasteners included are junk and get original style

@jmlay I couldn’t attach the pictures to private message. The bottom passenger side sits on top of the driver side. Bottoms should be easy to identify. They are wider, more sculpted profiles, the curves and the screw down points. The top is 2 pieces as well.

Thank you very much. You confirmed I do have an incorrect piece but it is NOT the one the body shop thought was incorrect. I have one coupe/convertible and one fastback. Coupe/convertible are longer than a fastback.
