oil on top of intake

I have a 351 650 double  pumper  on a aluminum intake          why do I keep getting oil on the top of the intake?,    thanks for any info,     jerry

It is common for the ends to leak if you use the cork gasket ,a bead of silicone is best there and do not use the cork . If it is pooling beside the carborator it could be leaking from a valve cover gasket ,do you have a PVC valve ,if not it will build up pressure in the crank case and blow out gaskets and front and rear seals .

Like RPM suggested, make sure you have a good PCV path.   The PCV hose connection on a basic Holley is under the rear float bowl.
