Vicfreg 771 Report post Posted February 7, 2022 I have an A/C car, and I was thinking about using the space below the A/C vents for a couple switches. I noticed this Shelby picture. See the blue arrow. It looks like some kind of old "reverb" control or something. Any info?
69RavenConv 286 Report post Posted February 8, 2022 Hard to tell from the pic but that doesn't look like an OEM vent. Looks like a salvage part and the knobs may be the directional controls for the vanes? Then again, maybe not. Found this pic of a '70 on the web.. stangs-R-me 120 Report post Posted February 8, 2022 Definitely not a factory vent, guessing the vent & controls are both part of an aftermarket or dealer installed A/C set up. Doug
Vicfreg 771 Report post Posted February 8, 2022 Good eyes, guys. Looking at it now, agree it looks like aftermarket A/C. I have Vintage Air, so mine is not like that. Interesting....
EastYorkStang 63 Report post Posted February 9, 2022 Picture with the blue arrow is not stock. My factory A/C car looks just like the other black interior piece. 1 stangs-R-me reacted to this
