Wicks69 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2021 OK, this is the VIN that came with a '69 mach 1 parts car...no title, no dataplate, 9h15s615576 Doesn't fit the decoder template. The 9 and the S fit - but the H (Lorain OH-never assembled Mustangs) and the 15 body style (no '69 Fords were 15s). Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Rsanter 152 Report post Posted December 13, 2021 Either a stamping mistake or the car had a vin swap. we came across a guy they bought a 71 mach 1 that had the vin plate on the dash that was from a station wagon. he didn’t know the difference and the poor guy was showing off his newly acquired toy and we burst his bubble. he had the car inspected by the police and they found the original vin on the car and it was stolen, and they took the car 1 Mach1 Driver reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
