Rear torque box area for jack stands bad idea?

Recommended Posts

I'm getting my 69 ready to install the coilover kit I ordered with the 3 link and I need to put the rear jack stands where I could leave them for a extended time (like a month+) and not have them in the way for the install or it could mess something up.

I installed convertible inner rockers but I still need to be sure.

Is this a safe place?

Thanks guys

You gonna be able to get to the front leaf bolts with the stands there? That front leaf bolt is also where your rear lower control arms mount right? For a while I had the rear of my 69 supported at the back end of the frame rails. I've also supported the rear at the front of the rear frame rails. With your chassis stripped it doesn't weight much.
