Len69Coupe 33 Report post Posted June 26, 2021 So my Coupe had no windlace when I bought it and I'm not sure if this windlace is different than what I already bought for the headliner. Scott Drake Mustang Quarter Post Windlace Pair 1969-1970 (cjponyparts.com) I'm thinking it is and I need to order the windlace for the quarter post also? Kris 90 Report post Posted June 26, 2021 Yes the windlace that is on the quarter post is different. 1 Len69Coupe reacted to this

Len69Coupe 33 Report post Posted January 29, 2022 Does the fuzzy go over the body lip in the photo? Nothing is fitting well. I moved the windlace up and that helped, but I can't figure out if the fuzzy goes outboard or inboard of the body.
Len69Coupe 33 Report post Posted January 29, 2022 I got it figured out. I forgot there was a tab on the panel that slipped over the body.
TexasEd 188 Report post Posted February 7, 2022 Do you have a picture of the solution? Mine is so bad it is all messed up. I have new door windlace and will be doing the windows in the next year or so.
Len69Coupe 33 Report post Posted February 8, 2022 Here's how mine turned out. Don't know if it's correct because I could never find a photo anywhere to work from. PIA there is nothing to work off of. 2 TexasEd and mikee reacted to this
TexasEd 188 Report post Posted February 8, 2022 That looks really good at the top. the curve looks like the fiberglass is maybe not aligned but it would have to be for the window crank. On my fastback the bottom curves forward towards the aluminum sill.
