  1. Hello I have come seeking information. I have a 69 Ford Mustang that I have rebuilt the 351cid engine, punched out .20 over. I currently have the Eldelbrock performer RPM heads part 60259. I am using the Edelbrock performer RPM camshaft kit 7182. My question is the Edelbrock Pro-Flo 4 XT EFI Kit the correct kit for my engine? I would also like to use the Edelbrock 36032 fuel sump for delivery. Have any of you got the same basic set up using these parts? Do you have any advice or warnings that I should know or anything else I will need to buy to complete this installation? Thanks
  2. Decided to go the full Holley Sniper system with EFI throttle body and HyperSpark ignition. The Sniper ECU now controls my air/fuel, idle speed, spark timing and cooling fans. There are many ways to do this. Here is my way with pictures and part numbers. (My thanks to Chris at https://www.efisystempro.com/ for the tech support).
  3. I'm currently running a Holley 670 cfm Street Avenger Carb with Electric Choke for my 408 Windsor stroker. I'm strongly considering an upgrade to EFI and I've been trying to do research on ones to avoid and all of the items that are required to be done. The FI Tech Fuel Injection system appears to show up a good bit during research with good reviews. Does anyone have advice on ones to avoid, any issues, or recommendations for EFI upgrade?
  4. This probably isn't the ideal place to ask this but you never know who's lurking... Is there a web site out there that specialises in Megasquirt related tech info for vintage cars? I'm looking for information on how to adapt sequential MS to an old style intake manifold. The end goal is to have something that looks vaguely OEM when the hood is lifted - may even try to incorporate a shaker to hide the fuel rails. I'm not interested in the turnkey kits that our there. Thanks.
  5. I'm thinking of installing an EFI in my '69. First off is it worth it? I'm kinda annoyed with the cold starts, the occasional back firing and would love to get better performance, power and milage. If it is, then which should I choose? The Terminator, The E-Street, The EZ EFI, MSD? They're pretty much in the same $ range. I've got a 302 2V with an Edelbrock Performer Top end kit running around 300 hp.
  6. Hey guys. i have a 69 with a 302 and c4 tranny. i found a guy selling an 89 351w with efi everything included for $450. Seems legit but is there anything i should know? wasn't sure if i can still use my 69 c4 with it.
